Compatibility
Designed only for AR-15 pocket-cut lowers.
Will not fit CMMG .22 or AR-9.
Confirmed with mil-spec triggers (no mods needed once fitted).
Tested successfully with PSA, Aero Precision, Anderson, Daniel Defense, Core15, DPMS — but fitment can vary.
These require an M16 bolt carrier groups, and an H3 non-solid buffer weight to function as intended.
Install Notes
If the unit won’t seat, the right-side reset prong may touch the disconnector. Gently bend outward with pliers for clearance. This design prevents DIAS-style modification.
Break-In
These are raw parts — cycle/dry-fire 10–20 times for smooth operation, or lightly polish the lever bottom if preferred.
Requirements & Use
• Use H2–H3 buffer (no solid buffers)
• Do not hold the trigger down like full-auto — can cause premature wear

mini Kabuto AR-15
I am very satisfied. During installation, I noticed the Kabuto would not sit down flush into the lower. The activator was touching the back "tail" of the trigger. I removed 0.047" from the activator legs where it touched the trigger tail. It also needed a tiny bend to clear the disconnector. That is shown inthe SuperSafe trouble shooting info. Now it passed all dry fire function tests. I successfully tested at the range using 55gr FMJ ammo and a H12 buffer in my 16" AR-15. Love it !
