Metal Mini Assembled Kabuto Kit
The Metal Mini Assembled Kabuto Kit is built for durability and tighter tolerances. Featuring a precision CNC aluminum housing, this version offers increased strength and reduced flex compared to polymer models. Because the housing is metal and has less play, this unit may require more tuning during installation to properly match your rifle’s tolerances.

Compatibility
Designed only for the AR-15 platform.
Will NOT work in CMMG .22, as those use different levers.
• Mil-spec triggers are fully confirmed compatible (no trigger modification required once fitted properly).
• Other trigger types may work but are untested.
• Successfully fitted to many builds including PSA, Aero Precision, Anderson, Daniel Defense, Core15, and DPMS.
Due to variations in lower receivers and trigger tolerances, fitment cannot be guaranteed in every rifle.
Installation & Fitment Notes
This system uses dual reset prongs that push both sides of the trigger to force reset.
If the unit does not fully seat during installation, the smaller right-side prong may contact the disconnector. Gently bend that leg outward slightly with pliers until it clears and the rifle closes properly.
This feature is intentional and prevents the unit from being modified or functioning like a DIAS-style device.
Because this version uses a metal housing with tighter tolerances, additional fine-tuning may be required compared to polymer versions.

Take your time during installation — proper tuning ensures optimal performance and longevity.
Break-In & Finish
These are raw parts. Cycling and dry-firing the unit 10–20 times in both modes helps smooth contact surfaces and mate the components to your rifle.
If preferred, light polishing on the bottom of the lever may assist with smoother operation. Steel components are tumbled in deburring media prior to shipping.
Buffer Requirement
A heavier buffer (H2–H3 recommended) is required.
Do NOT use a solid buffer.
Safety & Use
This is an FRT-style device.
Do not hold the trigger down. Light pressure is all that is needed. Doing so can cause premature wear and may damage the unit.
